It's impossible to objectively tell the difference though. For this reason, I think its reasonable to prohibit threatening talk.

It's very easy to tell the difference; "I will kill you" is a threat, "Go and kill" is incitement.

Moreover, one of those is already specifically excluded from protection here in America.

"I will kill you" may incite hatred though. Especially if it comes from someone revered like Kostas, all his sycophants might join in and no-one knows where that could lead. Look, I'm anti-censorship for the most part but threats are something else. We all have the right to be protected from harm. When someone feels their safety is threatened, their right to protection overrides their adversaries FOS (If their perceptions are feasible,)
