US Election08: Do you agree with Obama's Housing policy?

"Create a $10 billion fund to help prevent foreclosures, and eliminate some taxes and fees for families facing foreclosure on their homes. Create a 10% mortgage credit for homeowners who do not itemize tax relief. Guarantee loan refinancing for troubled homeowners who are insured by the Federal Housing Administration. Provide tax credits to 10 million middle class homeowners struggling with mortgage payments."

The so-called 'credit crunch' is America's self-made problem. In a democracy your right to succeed also must come with the right to fail.

My thought are that some of these homeowners also have huge credit card debit should we be responsible for that to. Help out the middle and lower class yes, but each case should be investigated their should be standards.

I think the first step is to bail out some genuine people in need to have thier home sorted out by morgages! I think his plan might work but the economy has been messed up. Its even better to leave in Somalia than US now.8yrs of unintelligent decisions and pouring money into chasing shadows of terrorist but more interested in middleast oil.
